as i have a spare bedroom in my lovely flat i'm looking for a flatmate. the room is furnished (bed + wardrobe + chest of drawers), quiet and facing the backyard. the flat is on the top floor of an old building on the quiet street of Bredowstrasse (5 mins from U-Birkenstrasse) - lovely parks, supermarkets, nice cafes around, close to the circle line (between westhafen and beusselstr.), tiergarten and the zoo. the flat is bright and spaceous, fully furnished and has a lovely balcony with a nice (green at the moment) view of old berlin buildings. the common areas in the flat consist of an open living room (plasma tv, large sofa bed, leather sofa, dining area), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery e.t.c.) and bathroom + toilet (bathtub + shower, washing machine, skylight window). i am a 36 year old female music artist, non-smoker, uncomplicated, clean and tidy, not a party person but a rather quiet one who respects one own's space. i would prefer to share my flat with someone similar so preferably a quiet and respectful person. the flat is a non-smoking place but you could smoke on the balcony. the room is available as of 01.10.10, short or long term. rent is 400 Euro warm per month (central heating, hot water, internet included). deposit is required. contact me for more info + pictures if interested. i look forward to hearing from you.
